Within 30 days of your purchase, if you are not satisfied, you may either exchange it for a different item or return it for a full refund (shipping charges are not refundable). Simply email us and describe the problem. A Dr. LED representative will promptly respond with an RMA number to return the item(s). A 20% restocking fee will be charged after 30 days of your purchase and a 50% restocking fee will be charged after 90 days of your purchase. Purchases over 180 days are not refundable.
